Tai Chi Chuan
T'ai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese exercise based on Taoist philosophy. It is moving meditation, and the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine. T'ai Chi Chuan is designed to promote the total health of the individual. This is done by calming the mind, toning and relaxing the muscles, massaging the internal organs, and circulating the Chi.

Directly descended from the great grand-master Yang Cheng-fu through Cheng Man-ch'ing, Robert W. Smith, Maggie Newman, and Ben Lo; Jim Hill has been teaching Tai Chi for over 27 years.
